We also offer half days consultancy at £225.00 which is 3.5 hours.
This option is as simple as it sounds. If you have a problem with you PC, Servers or associated equipment you simply give us a call and we can help. This is more a reactive approach to IT problems rather than a pre-emptive solution of the Monthly Support Contract. We would recommend that our customers consider a service agreement, this enables us to build a sound knowledge of your systems, reducing the time taken to resolve issues.
